The Workout

Sourced from the fundamentals of the “Sweet Science”, you will experience 50 minutes of an intense, heart pumping, full body boxing challenge while grooving to the latest DJ cuts.

Learn to synchronize your feet and hands to discover your own rhythm as you let loose that inner boxer. You will learn the jab, cross, hooks, and their corresponding body weight movements that will help you advance at that specific technique.

Our guided shadowboxing (non-contact) and intense bag drills will help you sharpen your technique while developing your punching power. Our Coaches are committed to guiding you through healthy progression of movements so no previous experience is required welcoming all fitness levels.
